Shipping policy

By placing an order or making a purchase on the website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions including the information on this page. If you have not read the Terms & Conditions yet, please do before placing an order! 

By placing an order or making a purchase on the website, you agree to the following terms and conditions and those on the page Terms & Conditions:

Shipping costs

The orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Shipping costs vary per country and per weight of the order. At the check-out page you can see what the costs for the delivery will be. 

Delivery estimates

The orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Depending on your country the delivery times may vary.  Note that it can take up to a few weeks for international orders. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has been processed by the local post office. Note that orders will only be processed if the payment is received. Once the order has been shipped, no changes will be possible anymore. 

Customs & import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any import or customs taxes that may apply. Check your country's customs/import taxes if you want to know more about it. By placing the order, the buyer agrees to the responsibility of paying the customs or import taxes. We have no control or responsibility over customs or import taxes or tariffs that may occur. 

Lost orders

We have no control or responsibility over the packages once these have been dropped off at the local post office. We are not responsible for packages that are getting lost during the shipping process and will not be able to provide any refunds. We are not responsible for any faulty or incorrect address given by the customer. It is buyer's responsibility to give the correct address for shipping. If the buyer finds out an incorrect shipping address has been given, please contact us as soon as possible by sending us an email to

( info@floofsandprints.com ). Keep in mind that once the package has been shipped, there is no possibility to change the shipping address. If the package get sent back due to an incorrect address, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for the new shipping costs. If there are any problems with the delivery, contact your local post office, since we have no control or responsibility over the delivery / shipping process. 

Delivery

We are not liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the buyer arising from any delay or other problems in the delivery process of the products howsoever caused. If the buyer fails to take delivery of the products, we shall be under no obligation to refund the price or to refund the shipping costs or to pay shipping costs to send the order again. Note that shipping costs, customs and import taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.
