Orders

Orders are only processed once payment has been received. If the payment is not received within two weeks (14 days), the order will be automatically canceled.

Payment terms

Accepted payment methods are credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and iDeal. We do not accept Klarna. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Return/refund policy

As a small business we are unable to accept refunds/returns, but in certain conditions we can work together to find a solution:

- if the item(s) you have received are incorrect or missing, first contact us via email ( info@floofsandprints.com ) within 14 days of receiving your order. Note that we are unable to issue refunds, but we will try to come up with a solution.

- if the item(s) you have received are damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the items via email ( info@floofsandprints.com ) with your order number and photo's to work something out. Note that we are unable to issue refunds, but we will try to come up with a solution.

​

- whilst returning the order the item(s) must be in the same condition as you received them: unused, in the original packaging with a proof of purchase. Custom made items, items bought on sale and digital items are not eligible for returns.

​

- whilst returning the order, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

​

- if the buyer provided an incorrect shipping address or undeliverable address, we will not be responsible for a refund.

​

- items that are sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Cancellation policy

If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via email ( info@floofsandprints.com ). Once the order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. After cancellation you will receive via email an approximate time of when the funds will get back into your account. Please not that it can take up to several days to weeks depending on the payment method/bank.

Delivery

We are not liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the buyer arising from any delay or other problems in the delivery process of the products howsoever caused. ​If the buyer fails to take delivery of the products, we shall be under no obligation to refund the price or to refund the shipping costs or to pay shipping costs to send the order again. Note that shipping costs, customs and import taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights related to the products remain the property of the artist Kaman (Jia Wen) Lim. Buying products does not transfer any rights to the buyer: so for example, the buyer cannot make reproduce prints or make merchandise or sell the products as their own without permission.

​In line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process personal data in a careful and transparent matter, We collect your data that is needed for an order to be fully processed and shipped, and to respond to any electronic way of communication. This includes your contact details, including your name, email address, username, address, method of payment and credit card details. We also process data about activities on our website and interactions with our emails/chatbox, such as open and click behavior. We only process your personal data for legitimate purposes: to process and ship your order, for communication and updates about order/our products and, analysis and optimization. We do not sell your data to third parties and only shares it when it is necessary to execute our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. All personal data is solely collected within the Wix platform of the website. Personal data collected will not be retained longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and agreed upon. Personal data used for marketing purposes, for which you have given explicit consent, will be retained for a maximum of 2 years. With each interaction with us, this retention period is extended by 2 years. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Limitation of Liability

In no event are we liable for or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any personal injury or property damage or injury to a third party, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from the usage of the products. Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of our products, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the business is advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction. We are not liable for any problems in any extent that arise during the transport/shipping process, for example delays because of postal service issues.

By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions of sale.
